​The REFINE Technique Course is an immersive approach in developing technical training. Students age 7 & up will participate in an intensive 5-day course work focusing on theories that deepen appreciation for technique while pushing past mental and physical limitations. Technique classes emphasize alignment principles, body awareness, and proficient execution. Elective classes assists in implementing these ideas in performance.
Dancers will learn from experienced teachers who share a passion for technical proficiency and developing the next generation of professional dancers. Daily studies include:

• Contemporary
• Pilates 
• Floor Barre
• Yoga
• Repertoire 
• Anatomy for Dancers

​The intensive culminates with a presentation, showcasing student's growth and choreography for the upcoming season.
